You may login to your account in the Accu-Chek membership portal and check your point balance.

You may earn points based on your purchases of Accu-Chek products from participating retail stores and official online stores. The number of points earned per purchase may vary based on the product and promotional offers. Points will be awarded only for purchases made after enrollment in the membership program.

Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on Accu-Chek products from official and participating physical retail stores.
Please ensure that you attach the receipt to your submission and include the receipt number, receipt date, and location of purchase.

There are many other point-earning activities published in the Accu-Chek membership portal. You may log in to your member portal from time to time to check it out. We may release time-limited member activities to help you boost your member points.

Reminder: You are required to fulfill the criteria set forth for each activity for point earning. Roche reserves the right to revoke points earned if the participation criteria are not met.

Points awarded under this program shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. For example, Points issued on 30 June 2024 are valid till 29 June 2025

Merging or transfer of Points accumulated from different member accounts is not possible.

If you wish to collect the reward from the same outlet, you are advised to inform the retail pharmacy staff to restock the item for your collection later. Alternatively, you may visit other pharmacy outlets to collect the rewards. The rewards location is available for each reward item in the membership portal.

Please make sure that you have redeemed the rewards in your membership portal before heading to retail pharmacy for rewards collection. The retail pharmacy will not be able to view your reward list if the redemption points are not done at your end. You might want to make sure the rewards collection location is correct too.
